Started professional life in 1997! Dedicated the following years working in information technology, intellectual property, and business management. The cumulative experience has shaped me as  a person that I am today.

Throughout the career, always embraced new challenges and acquired diverse knowledge and skills. The focus had been on  understanding customer needs, developing new products and services and improving  processes by leveraging emerging technologies.

Went through the intricacies of executing software product development and service delivery business models and also had a short entrepreneurial  stint. Despite its brevity, it instilled a sense of fulfillment and reinforced the conviction in fostering organizational growth through autonomy and empowerment of individuals and teams.
